What information do we have about you?

Depending on the purpose, we may process the following information about you:

4. data contained in correspondence addressed to us

Where do we get your personal information from?

The acquisition of personal data is related to the process of organization of the GOC Radawa Custom Show  2026 competition (hereinafter referred to as: “Competition”). Each participant entering the Competition submits them voluntarily to the Administrator by completing and sending the vehicle registration form. When submitting the form, the competition participant must provide the following data necessary to register the vehicle:

– name and surname of the owner/applicant

– the brand of the vehicle

– model

– year of production

– e-mail address

– phone number.

Providing all data is voluntary, but necessary to register the vehicle in the Competition and therefore participate in the Competition.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Personal data is processed for the purposes of the recruitment process for vehicles wishing to participate in the Competition and for the conduct of the Competition itself as well as awarding of prizes.

Transfer of personal data

The data may be transferred to entities processing them as part of cooperation in organizing the Competition, but only for this purpose and to the extent necessary for the implementation of the above purposes.

We transfer your data only to entities located within the European Economic Area and therefore subject to strict EU data protection regulations, or those that are bound by an appropriate security standard.

Personal data retention period

We process personal data only for the period necessary to meet the purpose of their storage or as long as it is required of us by law, in particular until any claims expire or the archiving obligation under the law expires.

In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the Administrator will stop processing data earlier if you effectively object to data processing.

Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Act) grants you the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:

1. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof,

2. the right to rectify (correct) your data,

3. the right to delete data (if in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it),

4. the right to limit data processing (you can demand that we limit the processing of data only to their storage or performance of actions agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data or we process them unjustifiably),

5. the right to object to data processing (you have the right to object to data processing on the basis of a legitimate interest; you should indicate a particular situation which, in your opinion, justifies us ceasing the processing covered by the objection; we will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we demonstrate that the grounds for data processing by us override your rights or that your data are necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend claims),

6. the right to transfer data (you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data that you provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent; you can order us to send this data directly to another entity),

7. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if you have previously given such consent,

8. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (if you find that we process data unlawfully, you can submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or other competent supervisory authority).
